Fees & Funding

We offer wide range of sessions for your child(ren) that suits majority of the Parents/carers. You can extend your sessions with us by giving us a week notice in advance. We are very flexible in offering you suitable times and days. Unlike other nurseries, we do not have any compulsory minimum days to book.

Our normal hours of opening are 8am – 6pm. We open our nursery for the parents from 7:30 am with an extra charge. If you are attending the whole week from 7:30am, the charge is £10 per week; for a single day it is £3.

Fees

Registration fee non-refundable – £35 for all the children.

One month’s deposit needed that is refundable upon leaving.

Half-day session – (8am-1pm), (9am-2pm), (12pm-5pm), (1pm-6pm)

Funding

15 hours free early education and childcare for 2 years old

If you are entitled for 15 hours of free early year education, you can choose to do 3hrs each day per week, 7.5 hours per day for two days or 5hours per day for 3 days. You can also add paid extra hours or days with your free entitlement too. The fee will be charged accordingly.

For the children who are only attending government funded hours there an applied charge for breakfast/lunch/tea.

Breakfast – 50p

Lunch – £2 per day

Tea – £1.50 per day

Lunch and Tea (on the same day) – £3 per day.

Breakfast, tea and lunch (on the same day) – £3.50 per day

There is no charge for snacks in our setting.

*Parents can also provide their child with the packed lunch or tea but nursery will not reheat the food due to Health and Safety concerns. We encourage parents to provide healthy snacks in their child’s lunch pack.

Can I get a free place for my child?

Your 2-year-old can get free childcare if you live in England and get one of the following benefits:

  • Income Support
  • income-based Jobseeker’s Allowance (JSA)
  • income-related Employment and Support Allowance (ESA)
  • Universal Credit, and your household income is £15,400 a year or less after tax, not including benefit payments
  • tax credits, and your household income is £16,190 a year or less before tax
  • the guaranteed element of Pension Credit
  • the Working Tax Credit 4-week run on (the payment you get when you stop qualifying for Working Tax Credit)

2-year-olds can also get free childcare if they:

have left care under an adoption order, special guardianship order or a child arrangements order

15 hours of free education for 3-5 years

All the children are entitled for 15 hours of free childcare from the term after their third birthday. Your child is entitled for 38 weeks per year of free education.

30 hours free early education and childcare for 3-5 years old

30 hours is a childcare scheme designed to help working parents with their childcare costs, as well as helping many others parents get back into work.

Our nursery offers flexible sessions for 30hours free early education. Parents/carer can spread their 30 hours throughout the week according to their requirement (subject to availability).

For the children who are only attending government funded hours there is an applied charge for breakfast/lunch/tea.

Tea – £1.50per day

Lunch and Tea (on the same day) – £3 per day.

When to apply for 30 hours free early education

You can apply from when your child is 2 years and 36 weeks old.

Content

You can apply outside of these recommended dates but you might not receive your code in time. You must have a valid code by the end of the month before a new term starts.

Check with your childcare provider to find out the exact date your 30 hours free childcare starts.

You have to reconfirm your eligibility every 3 months. If you apply more than 3 months before the term starts, you’ll have to reconfirm your eligibility in your account in order to keep your code valid.

Childcare costs

Universal Credit

You may be able to claim up to 85 per cent of your childcare costs if you’re eligible for Universal Credit and meet some additional conditions. The amounts you can receive in childcare costs are: a maximum of £646.35 per month for one child a maximum of £1108.04 per month for 2 or more children. Tax free childcare

For working families, including the self-employed. If you receive Tax-Free Childcare, the government will pay £2 for every £8 you pay your childcare provider. This is paid via an online childcare account that you set up for your child.

Childcare vouchers

We accept childcare vouchers as part or full payment of your child’s nursery costs. Childcare Vouchers is a scheme some employers offer to help working parents save on registered childcare costs. If you have joined one of these schemes on or before 4 October 2018 you should be able to keep getting vouchers or directly contracted childcare.

Other benefits within our setting

Sibling discount

The older sibling will receive a 10 percent discount in their fee if both the children are attending the same session within the nursery.

Half fee when child is on holidays

If your child is on holiday you will also receive a 50% discount in fees for that period however, you are only eligible for this discount should you notify us (written) 3-4 weeks in advance.

Open throughout the year

We are open throughout the year and are only closed on bank holidays, three training days annually and one week for the Christmas holidays.

Term time contract without any hidden charges

We offer term time contracts to teachers and other professionals who work only during the term time. We do not charge them for any half-term holidays.

Wrap around care

We provide wrap around care for children from 5-12 years. We run a breakfast club and after school club. In breakfast club, children are given breakfast which consists of cereal, toast, bread, milk or a drink. and then drop them to their respective schools. In our afterschool club we pick children up from their schools and offer them tea-time snacks (such as sandwiches, soup and bread, fishcakes with salad and pancakes with fruit etc.) and parents/carers collect their child(ren) up from the nursery itself. Children also have the opportunity to take part in wide range of activities during their time at the nursery and we do read with them and help them with their homework/schoolwork.
