All staff are enhance Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) checked, as part of our vetting procedure. We take great care with selecting staff when joining our team and look for people who show compassion and emphaty towards children.

Staff are regularly given training to update their knowledge and understanding and always keep an up to date with legislation standard, as part of their continuous professional development. All staff receive induction training which covers Safeguarding, Child Protection, Health and Safety Procedure, and Food and Hygiene.
